Welcome to FSP Tower. This tower will be located in the city’s South Side Flats. While my original idea was for a building in Downtown, I have decided to move the tower to South 12th street. The square footage is about the same, so I will continue to use the same specs. However, since this will be a new construction from the ground up, there will be a number of things that could be done. 2 Basements can be dug for. An APS^? garage solution can actually provide for the tenant that would need automobile. This will however mean some changes will have to take place. There will be more than 31 stories, and I will have to hope the city will allow for such considering it is a subsidized housing solution. With that said, this site will go through some transition. The realty office will remain the same.

The tower will support for SRO^?s, employee housing, and then Subsidized Housing. Any tenant with Section 8 wishing to live here will have to give up their Section 8 voucher. Finally, the penthouse will be at the top of the floor. The layout for the residence will be focused on the needs of the community. With that in mind, the 1B-4B will meet just about any family’s needs. Anything beyond 4B will likely need a house.
